2026 Annual Meeting and Reception

All Society members are invited to attend the Annual Meeting and Reception. Email invitations will be sent to all members in good standing by April 28. Please kindly follow the instructions in the invitation to RSVP.

After a short formal meeting to elect new members of the Board of Directors, and a report from the President Julia Molander on the activities of the Society during the past year, Associate Curator of Southeast Asian Art Dr. Natasha Reichle will give a talk on the special exhibition, Vishnu’s Cosmic Ocean, which will open on Oct. 23. This once-in-a-lifetime exhibition features a colossal statue of the Hindu god Vishnu reclining on a serpent-shaped pedestal, the last chance that this masterpiece will be out of Cambodia.

Registration Policies

The Society for Asian Art’s cancellation policy requires at least one week’s advance written notice in order to receive a refund of registration fees. This excludes our Travel programs, which have separate cancellation policies, as well as any programs where a specific refund policy is stated on the event page. Your fees will be returned to you through a check in the mail. To cancel, please contact us.

For programs located within the Asian Art Museum, the museum entrance fee must be paid separately and is not included with your registration fee.

Please note that by registering for a program, you are giving consent to the SAA to be photographed or videoed as a participant.
