2024 Annual Meeting & Reception

Society for Asian Art and Asian Art Museum are separate non-profit organizations with separate memberships. Please use the appropriate registration buttons to register for Society programs.

We welcome all our members to attend the Society’s Annual Meeting and Reception. Come meet other Society members!

After a short formal meeting to elect members of the board of directors and a report from the President of the SAA, we will hear from our keynote speaker, Emiko Usui, the Asian Art Museum's new Deputy Director and Chief Engagement Officer, who will give us her vision for the future of the museum.

Members will have the opportunity to interact with Emiko Usui as well as other SAA members over a glass of wine and a buffet reception, which will follow the short presentation.

An email invitation will be sent to all members in good standing. Please kindly follow the intructions in the invitation to RSVP.

Reception immediately follows.

Registration Policies

The Society for Asian Art's cancellation policy requires at least one week's advance written notice in order to receive a refund of registration fees. This excludes our Travel programs, which have separate cancellation policies, as well as any programs where a specific refund policy is stated on the event page. Your fees will be returned to you through a check in the mail. To cancel, please contact us.

For programs located within the Asian Art Museum, the museum entrance fee must be paid separately and is not included with your registration fee.

Please note that by registering for a program, you are giving consent to the SAA to be photographed or videoed as a participant.
