Food Trucks at the Museum
Did you know that you could be part of the hippest thing in food in the City right outside the Museum’s front door? Gourmet Food Trucks pull up every Friday from 11:30pm - 2pm in Civic Center park, directly in front of City Hall. Six food trucks pull up and serve food ranging from bulgogi beef sandwiches to curry wraps.
I am sure you’ve seen the beloved taco trucks around town, but these trucks add a new twist serving is very gourmet food from Crème Brule to Jamaican Jerk and Dim Sum.
Its best to get there early b/c the lines get long, but its well worth the wait for a bun from the Chairman Bao Buns Truck or hummus from Liba Falafel. My fav is a big Korean BBQ sandwich from the MogoBBQ Truck!
This weekly event is organized by Off the Grid which organizes many other food truck gatherings around town and maybe in your own neighborhood.
