Chinese Lantern Festival in Civic Center
Have you seen the Chinese Dragon shaped pagoda/boat in Civic Center? If not, its right in front of City Hall and may not be there for long. Read more about it in this great blog called "Civic Center". Scroll down a little way and you'll see it.
